Role & responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Brand Communication
- Develop and implement a digital media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Manage online reputation and handle crisis communication when needed.
- Content Creation & Management
- Create project lead communication strategy & campaigns based on the product lifecycle (launch, sustenance & ready to move in)
- Oversee the creation of engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) for digital platforms.
- Manage website updates, blogs, and newsletters to enhance brand engagement.
- Collaborate with agency designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high-quality content.
- Social Media & Community Management
- Monitor social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage & Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and monitor brand mentions.
- Track social media performance and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
- Adjust strategies based on performance insights to improve engagement and conversions.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing, Mass media Communications or English literature.
5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or digital communications.Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.Added Skill sets :
Certification in Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.Experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations.Skills Required
