- Experience : At least 15+ years of experience in product development within the beauty, personal care, or cosmetics industry, with at least 5-7 years in a senior or executive leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep knowledge of the beauty and personal care market, including consumer trends, regulatory requirements, and RD processes.
- Leadership Skills : Proven experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams, including RD, marketing, sourcing, and manufacturing.
- Innovation and Creativity : Strong ability to drive innovation in product formulation and design, with a keen eye for emerging trends and market demands.
- Regulatory Expertise : In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape for beauty and personal care products, including safety, claims, and certification processes.
- Sustainability and Ethical Practices : Strong commitment to sustainability in product development, with experience in sourcing clean ingredients and eco-friendly packaging.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market data, consumer feedback, and performance metrics to drive decisions and improve product offerings.
