DS Techworks - Product Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Development Lead to drive the successful delivery of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at managing distributed teams, organizing Agile workflows, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills, comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage startup Responsibilities :

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and delivery plans for each product initiative.
• Manage day-to-day execution of projects across distributed teams, ensuring alignment and progress.
• Organize and facilitate stand-ups, sprints, and status reviews to keep projects on track.
• Communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders to manage expectations and share updates.
• Identify project risks, remove blockers, and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and delivery schedules for transparency and Were Looking For :
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination abilities to guide teams and projects.
• Excellent, proactive communication skills across teams and multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and / or Lean project management frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus on quality or deadlines.
• Experience working in early-stage startup environments and navigating Skills We Value :
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Miro, Slack, Zoom.
• Experience creating and managing Gantt charts, project charters, and stakeholder matrices.
• Understanding of product management and development workflows.
• Track record of collaborating effectively with designers, engineers, and growth teams.
• Comfortable with fast iterations, remote work, and asynchronous communication workflows.
• Exposure to SaaS, digital products, or tech-first businesses is a plus.
