Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR operations, employee data, and HRIS records.
- Work extensively on Workday ATS / HRMS for recruitment and HR process management.
- Create, maintain, and analyze HR reports / dashboards using Advanced Excel and HR analytics tools.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Partner with HR teams to provide analytics for recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide support in HR projects, audits, and process improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR Operations and HR processes.Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query preferred).Experience in Workday ATS / HCM (mandatory).Good understanding of HR Analytics, HR Reporting, and Workforce Analytics.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Skills Required
