- Manage HR, IR, and ER operations for field employees (largely Medical Representatives), ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and legal compliance.
- Conduct reviews and coordinate with field managers and Medical Representatives for alignment with organizational policies.
- Implement HR / ER strategies and oversee processes across multiple divisions.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliance across the workforce.
The Successful Applicant
- The successful applicant will have 10-15 years of HR / IR / ER experience with at least 5 years in field support (Medical Representatives), strong knowledge of labour laws and proven skills in employee relations and compliance.
- They should be proactive, hands-on and adept at managing multiple divisions and a large field workforce.
