Your role will focus exclusively on recruitment, helping us find top talent to support our growth.Responsibilities : - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle or end to end recruitment requirement and on boardingprocess.- Write and post job descriptions.- Screen resumes and maintain the candidate database.- Conduct 12-15 interviews per week.- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.Qualifications : - 3-4 years of experience in recruitment as a talent acquisition specialist, head-hunter, and recruiter.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient with job boards and database management.Preferred : - Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.Benefits :
