Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet monthly target related to calls and emails
- Source Candidates from various online Channels (e.g. Social Media, Job portals, etc.)
- Craft Recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
- Monitor key metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Participate in Job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an HR RecruiterFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExperience with sourcing techniques from multiple platform.Understanding of referral programsSolid verbal and written communication skillsSound judgementQualification : Graduate / Undergraduate
