Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads from the assigned bank branches
- Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers
- Conduct customer need analysis and identify opportunities for insurance-based financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to ensure sustained business growth
- Acquire new customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and referrals
- Facilitate completion of medicals and documentation to ensure timely policy issuance
- Support and coach bank staff in insurance product knowledge and selling skills when required
- Explore and develop new market segments as per company sales strategies
