Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and talent acquisition for IT positions in BFSI client accounts
- Sourcing candidates from job boards and social platforms
- Initial screening, technical skills assessment, and candidate shortlisting
- Interview coordination and follow-up
- Negotiation of compensation and candidate onboarding
- Relationship maintenance with candidates and clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitmentExperience recruiting for BFSI clients or technical roles in banking, financial services, or insurance domainsFamiliarity with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)Strong sourcing and screening skills using Boolean searches and ATS platformsGood understanding of IT skills and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple requisitionsBenefits
