Key Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across departments.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from posting job openings to onboarding
new hires.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and
other sourcing strategies.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and career events.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and positive attitude with a keen interest in learning and development.
