Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter for the in-house TA team, you will lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs.
Responsibilities :
- Developing strong and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders and maintaining a stakeholder matrix to ensure delivery against communication objectives.
- Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers providing specialist advice on the domain area of expertise
- Identifying and escalating risk and compliance issues
- Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation.
- Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists within TAP and assisting the Director with induction and training of new team members.
- Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that KPI’s are met.
Qualifications
Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing / agency industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organizationProven experience leading and managing multiple stakeholder conversationsProficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, WordPrior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines.Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsStrong strategic skillsAbility to influenceBachelor's Degree is preferredAdditional Information
