Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our solar sales operations across Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam , Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in Solar Sales, with a proven track record in distributor development, channel sales, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territories.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence for solar products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements :
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.3–4 years of proven experience in Solar Sales.Strong knowledge of channel sales and distributor management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh.Target-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
