We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within the banking and lending sector.

- The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in financial services, proven success in enterprise sales, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers to close large and complex deals.
- As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, and other financial service providers.
- You will develop a strong pipeline of prospects, understand their unique challenges, and craft tailored solutions that align with their digital, compliance, and growth objectives.
- The role requires managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiations and deal closures, while ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.
- You will collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively translated into business outcomes.
- Success in this role will require strong expertise in enterprise sales within banking and lending domains, particularly in areas such as digital lending platforms, loan origination systems, credit risk assessment, collections, payments, and regulatory compliance.
- You should bring a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and managing multi-million-dollar engagements with large financial enterprises.
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs in retail banking, corporate lending, and fintech partnerships will be key to shaping sales strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or banking technology sales, with at least 5 years of direct exposure to the financial services and lending domain.
- You should possess excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- A consultative sales approach, combined with strong business acumen and knowledge of emerging digital solutions, will be critical.
