About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our overall digital strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, organic growth, and brand building — particularly in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in the recruitment and staffing domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) , Google Ads , and LinkedIn Ads .
• Drive organic reach and engagement through SEO, content marketing, and social media optimization.
• Manage and lead the digital marketing team — ensuring high performance, collaboration, and creative output.
• Oversee the company’s online presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns using tools like email automation, landing pages, and CRM systems.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to align marketing initiatives with recruitment and client acquisition goals.
• Identify new digital trends, tools, and growth hacks suitable for the staffing and recruitment domain.
