About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our paid acquisition strategy — owning the end-to-end execution, optimization, and analysis of campaigns that accelerate growth and maximize ROI. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging data to uncover opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver measurable impact across all acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms — including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other performance channels.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools to identify insights, diagnose issues, and drive data-backed decisions.
Design and implement testing strategies (A / B, multivariate) to improve creative effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and performance reports to clearly communicate key marketing metrics — such as ROI, CPA, demand funnel efficiency, campaign attribution, and growth KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and product marketing teams to align messaging, audience targeting, and landing page optimization for maximum impact.
Identify emerging trends and new growth opportunities across digital marketing platforms, proactively testing innovative tactics to scale customer acquisition.
Own ROI optimization by consistently improving campaign performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, managing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
Experience building data models and performance dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Track record of driving measurable growth and delivering improvements in ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
Deep understanding of digital attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance measurement frameworks.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leadership.
