About the Role

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of marketing execution and inter-team coordination . The ideal candidate will act as the central link between creative, performance, SEO, and PR teams ensuring brand alignment, timely rollouts, and high-quality campaign delivery.

This role involves balancing strategic planning with operational excellence working closely with the Founder and Performance Manager to maintain digital hygiene, manage campaign timelines, and drive consistent communication across all marketing touchpoints.

Core Responsibilities

1. Marketing Calendar & Execution

  • Maintain, update, and circulate the monthly marketing calendar (Instagram, Email, PR, etc.).
  • Ensure on-time rollout of all campaigns, platform posts, and festive communications.
  • Track deliverables and approvals across design, content, and performance teams.

2. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with the PR agency for influencer partnerships, media features, and press opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the SEO agency for blog uploads, keyword strategies, and technical deliverables.
  • Partner with the Performance Manager to align creatives and campaign messaging across paid and organic channels.
  • Maintain communication between internal teams and external partners for consistent updates and follow-through.
  • 3. Campaign Planning & Reporting

  • Suggest and assist in data-backed campaign ideas aligned with product launches and seasonal events.
  • Manage festive and high-traffic timelines , ensuring no overlap or delay in deliverables.
  • Prepare monthly campaign performance reports and circulate learnings internally for continuous improvement.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% on-time campaign and platform launches .
  • Zero missed deadlines across teams or vendors.
  • Monthly wrap-up reports shared internally with key insights and next steps.
  • Consistent cross-team coordination , reflected in smooth execution and minimal last-minute escalations.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, brand management, or marketing operations .
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO, and performance marketing workflows .
  • Effective communicator with proactive follow-up and reporting habits.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to campaign planning.
