Technical Manager- IT

Job descriptionLead development of websites and mobile applications; provide technical guidance and solve complex issues Oversee front-end and back-end architecture ensuring scalability and security Own end-to-end delivery of projects from planning to maintenance Mentor junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews Collaborate with product managers and designers to gather requirements and align goals Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed Stay updated on tech trends; evaluate and incorporate new technologies Manage development timelines and resolve technical roadblocks Coordinate with QA to ensure thorough manual and automated testing Communicate with clients and stakeholders to present solutions and project progress Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's or certifications preferred) 7+ years of software development experience in web and mobile apps Proficiency in technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin Familiarity with frameworks and CMS : Drupal, WordPress, Laravel, Django, React Native Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker Solid backend principles : RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL / NoSQL databases, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Mobile development and deployment (App Store, Google Play) Expertise in architecture design and software scalability Project management and Agile / Scrum experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of security best practices for web and mobile Experience with DevOps and CI / CD pipelines Understanding of UI / UX principles and collaboration with designers Familiarity with state management (Redux, MobX) Exposure to ML / AI in web / mobile apps Experience in enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS development
