Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong development background in Java or .NET technologies . The ideal candidate will lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. This role requires a blend of project delivery expertise, technical acumen, and stakeholder management .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects using Java or .NET technology stacks.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets; track and report progress to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, handle escalations, and resolve blockers.
• Drive Agile / Scrum best practices, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Manage and mentor a team of technical leads, developers, and other engineering resources.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with clients / stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
