Responsibilities :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Fusion HCM Cloud with implementation experience in Core HR, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, OTL, Learning, Payroll, and Compensation (minimum 3+ modules)
- Familiarity with Redwood screens for modules such as Global Human Resources, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, ORC, and Absence
- Define and document the Redwood UI enablement approach across systems
- Identify module-specific adoption needs and map them to business requirements
- Provide roadmap, timelines, and sequencing for migration and rollout
- Generate reports and migration files using Redwood Personalization Helper Tool
- Customize pages, fields, and sections using Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
- Develop business rules, validation rules, and guided journeys as per client requirements
- Strong understanding of VBS administration, security, and branching concepts
- Build and manage different environments, jobs, and builds for deployment in VBS
- Leverage VBS capabilities to deliver out-of-the-box solutions
- Solid knowledge of Fusion Security module, including privileges, security policies, and roles
- Troubleshoot and fix Redwood-related security issues, errors, and page load problems
- Implement new out-of-the-box solutions using VBS
