Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand Talent Management requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM Talent Module solutions.
- Configure and customize Talent Management modules to align with business processes and enhance user experience.
- Design and implement personalization strategies to tailor modules to client-specific needs and improve engagement.
- Develop and implement approval workflows to automate and streamline talent management processes.
Technical Experience :
Proven expertise in implementing Talent Module components such as Goal Management, Performance, Talent Review, Career Development, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).Hands-on experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Talent Module.In-depth knowledge of Talent Management best pr actices and HR industry trends.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex Talent Management issues.Professional Attributes :
Expertise in personalization, approval workflows, and HCM security within the Oracle HCM Talent Module.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Talent Management Consultant or similar role.Educational Qualification :
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Skills Required
