Key Responsibilities :
Review and Consult on HR policies, union contracts, and business processes in client current state.Subject matter expert (SME) for Human Resources function.Understand client business requirements to document needed configurations within Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence, Benefits & Compensation.Recommends best practices relating to HR business processes, workflow, and approvals.Support calls relating to definition / validation of HR-related conversion activities and tasks.Update weekly activities to PM on team calls.Create and edit test scripts needed for functional testing using Personas.Maintain system-related processes and documentation as it relates to Oracle cloud HCM modules modules such as Absence, Benefits & Compensation.Guide client in business processes including salary changes, new hires, terminations, transfers, table value edits, and additional defined flex fields etc.Directly collaborate with the technical team to provide guidance on integrations, data conversions, and report requirements for HR.Mentor other team members relating to configuration and testing for project.Key Requirements :
Any Oracle HCM Certification preferred.1 - 4 years in overall human resources data processing.1 - 4 years experience in end-end implementation for Absence, Benefits & Compensation modules in Fusion.Familiarity with HR terminology in US.Work experience on Oracle HCM modules such as Absence, Benefits & Compensation.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.History of working independently and mentoring team members for project.Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced project.Partner with team resources to achieve results.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with onshore and offshore resources.Organized and detail oriented.Comfortable leading client calls.Comfortable leading training sessions.Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Equivalent experience
