Area Manager - Business Development (Architects & Designers) (High Salary)

Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with leading architects to influence paint selection in various project segments—residential, commercial, government, and institutional. Act as the face of JSW Paints within the architect community, ensuring consistent brand visibility and product awareness. Conduct product presentations, dialogue sessions, and architect meets to showcase JSW Paints’ offerings and innovations. Implement regional architect engagement programs including marketing campaigns, rewards, recognition, and loyalty schemes. Map and monitor upcoming projects from key architecture studios to identify specification opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to convert specifications into sales, ensuring smooth execution from engagement to delivery. Provide feedback and insights from the architect community to support product positioning and strategic planning. Regional Expansion : Begin with Pune and scale efforts to Nagpur and Nashik. Architect Ecosystem Engagement : Deepen influence within the architect and design community. Specification to Sales Conversion : Ensure specifications lead to tangible business outcomes. Brand Advocacy : Strengthen JSW Paints’ presence and reputation among key stakeholders. Innovation Communication : Promote product innovations and technical superiority. Strategic Feedback Loop : Channel market insights to inform business and marketing strategies.
