We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting core HR operations, employee engagement, and workforce administration. This position is suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has strong organizational skills, and can build positive relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and smooth integration.
- Oversee workforce administration activities such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage employee time tracking systems, addressing queries and ensuring adherence to policies.
- Partner with leadership to organize employee engagement initiatives and office activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
- Assist in HR compliance, policy communication, and coordination with payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HR generalist responsibilities.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, or time-tracking tools is a plus.
