We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our rapidly growing Semiconductors Business . The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives, enabling workforce planning, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders in the Semiconductors division to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit.
- Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and career progression.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and high-quality hiring for semiconductor technical roles.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to managers on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, compliance, and best practices in alignment with organizational standards.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to design and deploy upskilling and training programs for technical and leadership talent.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity, productivity, etc.) and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of experience in HR roles, with proven experience in supporting technology / semiconductor / engineering businesses preferred.Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance frameworks in India.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven track record in driving employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning.What We Offer
