Lead and grow the bancassurance / banca-channel business by building strong partnerships with banks, setting and achieving revenue targets, and scaling a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities : :
Define and execute strategy for banca channel growth and revenue.
Manage P&L, sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
Build & maintain senior level relationships with partner banks.
Lead, coach and develop a team for high performance.
Ensure sales operations, compliance, and customer / partner experience are top quality.
Analyze market / competitive trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
Skills & Experience : :
8-12+ years in sales / bancassurance / financial services, including senior leadership experience.
Proven track record hitting stretch targets via partner / channel sales.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
Experience managing teams and cross-functional alignment (product, legal, compliance etc.).
Deep understanding of the regulatory and risk environment for banking / insurance products.
