Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Manager - Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition to join our dynamic sales team.
The role involves identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and strategic market analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify, engage, and acquire new corporate clients to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with corporate clients through regular communication, personalized support, and proactive issue resolution.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends that inform the development of effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to assist in crafting and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client portfolios.
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and other channels to build a strong pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- Lead client negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Work closely with internal teams such as product, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools; prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies during client acquisition and relationship management processes.
Desired Skills and Experience :
