Human Resources Executive

Position Objective :

The Human Resources Executive – Factory is responsible for smooth and uninterrupted plant operations by proactively managing Industrial Relations and ensuring strict adherence to statutory compliance, while also driving a culture of continuous training and development, fostering employee engagement, and supporting key HR functions such as recruitment, attendance management, and employee welfare in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Industrial Relations (IR) : Liaise with labor contractors, unions, and external stakeholders, maintain discipline and compliance under labor laws, ESIC, PF, etc., ensure zero disruption in plant operations.
• Statutory Compliance & Audits : Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintain accurate records for inspections and audits; coordinate with legal and compliance teams.
• Training & Development : Identify skill gaps, organize safety, quality, and technical training sessions, maintain training calendars and reports.
• Employee Relations & Engagement : Foster positive employee relations, drive engagement activities and grievance redressal, act as first point of contact for employee concerns.
• Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, coordinate manpower planning with HODs, execute smooth onboarding and induction processes.
• Time Office & Attendance Management : Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, coordinate payroll inputs, implement biometric / time-tracking systems.
• Health, Safety & Welfare : Work with EHS to ensure compliance and awareness, maintain welfare facilities, participate in safety committee meetings and audits.
