Key Responsibilities
- On-site content capture & creation :
- Visit client sites to capture high-quality photos and videos that tell our transformation stories.
- Build a rich visual library that showcases the before-and-after magic of our work.
- Create engaging, on-brand content (stories, reels, carousels, posts) using tools like Canva and basic video editing.
- Social media & community management :
- Own the end-to-end content strategy and calendar for Arrange It All and the founder's handles across Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Plan and execute community-building initiatives, from accessible online workshops (on WhatsApp) to premium offline events in and outside Chennai.
- Set up and manage basic marketing automation workflows like WhatsApp sequences or email drips.
- Strategy & coordination :
- Work closely with our digital marketing agency to align on strategic campaigns and daily execution.
- Develop an in-house strategy to eventually manage the entire social media marketing within Arrange It All.
- Manage vendors, freelancers (like editors and photographers), and small creative teams with a leadership mindset.
- Track and analyze performance across platforms, optimizing content based on insights.
