Job descriptionBachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in [industry e.g., e-commerce, FMCG]. Proven success in driving customer acquisition and retention via digital channels. Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media strategy, and CRM tools. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.

Location : Chennai
Experience : 6+ years
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across paid media (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), SEO, email, and SMS marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging, content, and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Own the customer journey , from awareness to post-purchase engagement, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on business goals and customer feedback.
- Stay on top of consumer trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for brand and business growth.
