Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, executing effective email marketing strategies, and leveraging data for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), including audience targeting, keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A / B testing, and analysis.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Conduct A / B testing on creatives, landing pages, and email subject lines.
• Utilize Excel for performance reporting and dashboard creation (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates).
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Manage and optimize SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search rankings.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
• Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
