Role Overview
As a marketing manager, you will strategically lead the global marketing programs, shaping Hinduja Tech’s brand narrative to drive differentiation and business growth. You will spearhead high-impact sales enablement initiatives, content strategies, and demand generation campaigns while ensuring cohesive brand positioning across markets. This is a key role requiring experience in complex B2B environments, overseeing cross-functional teams, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end global marketing strategy aligned with Hinduja Tech’s vision as a premium, differentiated brand in sustainable mobility
- Lead creation of compelling content and world-class digital sales assets—brochures, case studies, presentations, and website copy—for multiple offerings and joint offerings
- Oversee integrated go-to-market campaigns, leveraging market research and analytics to target prioritized segments effectively
- Drive event management programs including industry forums, technical conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables
- Partner closely with sales, offerings, and executive leadership to align messaging, enable pipeline generation, and demonstrate marketing ROI
- Champion brand governance, ensuring consistent adoption of refreshed brand guidelines and governance frameworks
