Oracle MDM Consultant

This role is for an Oracle MDM Consultant with comprehensive expertise in Oracle MDM Product Information Management (PIM) and Enterprise Data Quality (EDQP) product suites. The ideal candidate will be adept at mapping business processes, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery of MDM operations, while providing guidance on complex configurations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis, including constructing and facilitating business workshops.
• Review and provide solution options for MDM services and service interface designs .
• Perform and ensure smooth deliveries for MDM operations .
• Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for EDQ connectors, mainly CDH-EDQ and JDE-EDQ.
• Guide teams on complex design and configurations .
• Actively coordinate with circle and business teams across different geographies.
• Proactively address and resolve incidents and service requests from various teams.
