Skills and Development :

• Full Understanding of the E-Business Suite R12 (12.3 and 12.2) with its architecture
• Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Performance tuning of E-business Application Servers
• E-business suite pre-patch analysis and impact analysis
• Experience working as individual contributor
• Should be available during non-business hours to support upgrade and migration projects
• Work as point of contact and drive upgrade / migration project
• Should be able to design, plan and execute upgrade / migration projects
• Well versed in change management, incident management
• Good customer communication and documentation skills
• Hands on Experience in EBS Upgrades and migration to different platforms
• Should be able to estimate upgrade / migration timelines and set customer expectations
• Knowledge on integration of EBS with OID / OAM (SSO)
• Cloning oracle EBS
• DR build and Maintenance
• Hands on experience in Weblogic Installation, Configuration, Administration and Performance tuning
• Good Knowledge of Database Administration 12c and 19c
• Performance tuning of database and init.ora parameters
• Understanding to read and interpret the alert log files, output of tkprof and AWR report
• Cloud concepts knowledge (Azure preferred)
