We currently have an opening for a Recruiting Manager in our Mumbai Office (Jogeshwari West). Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.
As a Recruiting Manager, you will work within the global Talent Care (HR) team to provide local recruiting leadership for WD in India and identify future WD Associates through interviews and assessments. In addition to following WD Partners values, policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
- Coordinate with hiring managers in the US and India to monitor open positions, critical needs, and urgency of hires, in order to establish an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates for hire. Collaborate with the Associate Director, Talent Care to understand global priorities and properly allocate resources.
- Provide daily local recruiting leadership for Recruiters in India. Mentor Recruiters in developing interview skills, candidate relationship building, managing priorities and workflows, and successful hiring practices.
- Meet regularly with managers, leadership and Associate Director, Talent Care (US-based) to provide insight and recommendations about updates in the local market and recruiting practices in India.
- Support daily recruiting responsibilities as assigned by reviewing applicants, interviewing candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring teams.
- Share value of working at WD Partners, while also providing an honest, realistic work preview. Identify candidate&aposs goals and motivators to help them understand where WD can (and sometimes cannot) help them achieve those goals.
- Follow-up with Recruiters, hiring managers in India, and account leadership (US-based) to determine interest in hiring.
- Make offers to candidates. Coordinate with the Associate Director, Talent Care to transition candidates to onboarding stages.
- Build and establish positive relationships with external employment agencies to increase awareness of WD Partners as a potential employer. Monitor pipelines of candidate flow and retention of hires from agency partners to ensure productivity and candidate quality.
Necessary Experience :
Prior work experience in recruiting; experience recruiting in India for architecture and / or engineering roles is preferredProven understanding of successful recruiting practices in India and excitement about developing relationships globally at all levelsPrior recruiting management experience : ability to successfully balance and fill multiple open positions at a variety of stages, utilizing a high level of organization and communication, while leading a small local team of RecruitersAttention to detail; consistent and accurate usage of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for sharing and communicating with candidates, plus daily updates of internal reports for visibility of recruiting progress to hiring managers and leadershipAbility to work in a cross-functional team and willingness to engage in tasks at all levels to support team members and leadership globallyWorking knowledge of external employment agency practices and ability to develop positive relationships with high ROICheck us out on www.wdpartners.com and on Instagram.
