Operations Manager

Job descriptionSupervise cross-functional teams — including design, warehouse, dispatch, and on-site project teams. Conduct regular meetings to review project updates and identify operational bottlenecks. Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners for smooth project execution. Oversee stock levels, warehouse operations, and product movement. Maintain accurate data of materials, furniture, and décor items. Plan for timely sourcing and delivery to avoid delays in execution. Ensure all projects adhere to design specifications and quality standards. Maintain compliance with safety and operational protocols on-site. Implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Interior Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in operations / project management within interior design, architecture, or home décor industries. Proven experience in managing design-to-delivery processes. Strong understanding of vendor management, logistics, and team coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar) is an advantage.

Operational Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations for interior design and home décor projects.
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and material logistics.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to optimize workflow and timelines.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and project installation teams.
- Track and report project progress, budgets, and timelines to management.
