Job description

Dear Candidate,

We are currently hiring for Management Trainee / Business Research Executive position with BDB India Private Limited

Location : Magarpatta City, Pune (Work from office only)

Eligibility : Male candidates only

Experience : Freshers welcome | Candidates with sales, marketing, or market research experience preferred

Qualification :

BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics & Telecommunication)
BE (Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics & Telecommunication) with MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop a detailed understanding of products and applications.

Interact with stakeholders (manufacturers, system integrators, channel partners, consultants, associations, etc.) to gather market insights through primary research .

Conduct face-to-face and telephonic interactions with industry professionals.

Undertake field visits across India as required.

Ensure clear and effective communication (English proficiency is mandatory).

Job Responsibilities

Analyze value chains and market dynamics.

Study product usage, life cycles, industry drivers, and challenges.

Prepare data in Excel and create structured reports in PowerPoint.

Conduct both primary and secondary market research to generate insights.
