We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with strong expertise in PPC and Pay-Per-Call campaigns to manage and scale a group of call publishers, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth.
Role Overview :
As an Affiliate Manager – PPC / Pay-Per-Call , you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling affiliates / publishers while strategically running and optimizing pay-per-call campaigns .
Your goal is to grow high-quality call volume , maintain strong partner relationships, and ensure campaigns achieve maximum ROI and compliance standards .
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Recruitment & Management
- Proactively source, recruit, and manage call publishers and affiliates to expand our call network across key verticals.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with publishers by providing ongoing support, performance feedback, and optimization strategies.
- Monitor and negotiate payouts, caps, and campaign terms to maintain profitable partnerships .
Creator-Focused Affiliate Recruitment & Management
Proactively source and recruit high-performing creators and influencers with strong audience alignment to Vellko Media’s mission and values.Leverage existing creator relationships to rapidly grow the affiliate program and drive immediate traction .Deliver a white-glove onboarding and relationship experience to top creators, ensuring high retention and engagement .Maintain regular engagement through personalized touchpoints, performance reviews, and value-add communication to maximize creator-driven traffic.Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC and Pay-Per-Call campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Native Networks .Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to achieve KPIs such as Call Duration, CPA, and ROAS .Ensure seamless integration of campaigns with call tracking systems (e.g., Ringba, Invoca).Performance Optimization & Analysis
Monitor real-time campaign performance and take proactive actions to scale high-performing campaigns.Analyze call data and traffic trends to identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and improved ROI .Prepare detailed reports for internal teams and external partners.Compliance & Quality Control
Enforce compliance with call tracking regulations and lead quality standards.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that all campaigns generate high-intent, verified calls .Innovation & Growth
Stay updated with the latest PPC, affiliate marketing, and pay-per-call industry trends .Test new traffic sources, campaign types, and ad strategies to diversify lead acquisition channels.Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, Pay-Per-Call, or PPC campaign management (network or agency experience preferred).Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads , and other paid traffic platforms.Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound call campaigns and achieve ROI targets.Experience using call tracking platforms such as Ringba, Invoca, or similar tools .Demonstrated ability to recruit, engage, and retain affiliates, publishers, and influencers .Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset .Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment .Why Join Vellko Media
