Role Description :

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Manager located in Pune.
• The Franchise Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of franchisees, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, providing operational support, and maintaining good relationships with franchise partners.
• Responsibilities also include identifying and recruiting new franchisees, conducting training sessions, and monitoring franchise performance and compliance with company Experience in franchise management, business development, and sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Operational knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct training sessions and provide guidance to franchise partners
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
