Job Description

Over 5 years of experience in data integration, application support, data quality and user support.

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Risk, IT, Computer Science, Math, or a related field
Proven track record of working in cross-functional project teams and Agile environments.
Familiarity with middleware tools, SOAP UI, Postman, SQL, XML, and JSON troubleshooting.
Proven ability to analyze complex issues and synthesize actionable insights.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge on what is SDLC of an application.

Technical Skills & Key Tools :

API Testing Tools : SOAP UI, Postman for payload simulation and testing.

Familiarity with monitoring logs and data flow in middleware and integration layers.

Experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), or similar for incident and problem management.

Experience with MS Tools and manipulating and analyzing data with Excel.

Strong skills in SQL queries, data validation, middleware logs, and interpreting XML / JSON files.

Experienced with Business Intelligence tools and applications is a plus

Knowledge and experience in Commodity Business processes are a plus
