About the Role :
We’re looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Associates to join our Livspace showrooms in Kochi and Kottayam. The ideal candidates will play a key role in building and managing the client pipeline, driving conversions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and manage a robust client pipeline , nurture leads, and close deals.
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates through the Livspace platform.
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent client engagement.
Oversee showroom sales operations , including walk-in and referral management.
Work closely with sub-dealers to generate and convert leads.
Track every stage of the sales cycle using Livspace’s inbuilt CRM software .
Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for sales tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements :
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets , and CRM tools.
Understanding of sales funnel management and customer acquisition.
Proficiency in English
