About the Role :

We’re looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Associates to join our Livspace showrooms in Kochi and Kottayam. The ideal candidates will play a key role in building and managing the client pipeline, driving conversions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and manage a robust client pipeline , nurture leads, and close deals.
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates through the Livspace platform.
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent client engagement.
• Oversee showroom sales operations , including walk-in and referral management.
• Work closely with sub-dealers to generate and convert leads.
• Track every stage of the sales cycle using Livspace’s inbuilt CRM software .
• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for sales tracking, reporting, and analysis.
