Main Responsibilities – Production :
- Process payrolls and HR tasks, ensuring compliance with specified TAT & accuracy levels
- Provide effective payroll and / or HRIS services, ensuring accurate and timely employee salary payments
- Respond to external customer requests, queries, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner to enhance customer loyalty
- Own and manage the quality and accuracy of operational tasks within the team
- Support 100% SLA attainment through effective Workforce Management (WFM)
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients (internal and external)
- Champion innovation within the process and team
- Provide feedback on quality issues found during audits
- Escalate production-related issues in a timely manner
- Ensure the accuracy of team outputs
- Prioritize, allocate, and action daily tasks to meet SLA
- Build and nurture constructive relationships with the onshore team and internal colleagues
- Ensure team members receive the required data, in the correct format, and on time to meet payroll deadlines
- Calculate, prepare, and transmit manual payments and third-party disbursements
- Coach and advise team members on systems and PC usage
- Suggest improvements to systems and procedures to enhance the business
- Track and manage SLAs effectively
- Help Team Lead (TL) manage escalations, including Root Cause Analysis (RCAs), tracking, and data collation / analysis

Graduate from any stream / Diploma holder0.6 – 3 years of experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic level)Good technical knowledge of payroll systemsExperience in face-to-face, telephone, and written communication with customersSkills Required
