Key Responsibilities :
- Design and own the end-to-end cross-sell product strategy via call center and contact center channels .
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and operations teams to create targeted outbound campaigns for existing customers.
- Identify customer segments and personalize offers based on lifecycle behavior and product holding.
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics : conversion rates, lead penetration, talk time, quality, and sales KPIs.
- Develop training and scripts for telesales agents to ensure strong product communication and objection handling.
- Coordinate with IT / Tech teams to streamline dialer strategies, lead management, and CRM integrations.
- Ensure full compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal policies on customer communication and product suitability.
