Role and Responsibilities
- Lead product management by collaborating with Car Game Producers and the CEO.
- Take ownership of the entire product / game lifecycle : researching competition, writing specifications, coordinating across design, art, and engineering teams, and launching core features.
- Formulate product strategy and present clear, measurable objectives to achieve business goals.
- Be data-obsessed : perform in-depth analysis to provide input in business cases and demonstrate impact on key product metrics.
- Support ad-supported game models, which account for 75% of revenue, by understanding and optimizing ad-driven mechanics.
Who You Could Be – Background and Experience
7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer web or game development.Strong attention to detail and consumer experience.Ability to create, direct, and reference wireframes and product specifications.Exceptional data analytics skills.Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences.Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Self-starter, team player, and driven to deliver results.Educational background in Technology, Business, or both.Skills Required
