Our client, a fast-growing General Insurance business, is on an ambitious journey to redefine partner and customer experiences. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to build a massively scalable, API-first Partner Management System from scratch.

👤 Who we’re looking for :

MUST HAVE :

• 7 to 8 years in Product Management, with at least 3 to 4 years in technical or platform product roles.
• Prior exposure to fintech, or large partner ecosystems is a plus.
• Understanding of API-first / headless systems, modular architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with workflow / rules engines, commission systems, or training platforms.
• Familiarity with data models, reporting, and integration frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex business rules into scalable platform services.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities across business and technology stakeholders.
