Job description8–10 years' experience in business analytics, HNW, Program Management MIS, or product analytics within banking / financial services. Strong expertise in BI / analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python / R) and MIS reporting. Exposure to offshore / private banking with understanding of global banking practices and compliance norms. MBA / PG in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Description
- Lead business analytics and MIS Desk for International Private Banking Group.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytical frameworks to drive data-based decision-making.
- Provide strategic insights into client behavior, product performance, and revenue growth.
- Manage regulatory / compliance reporting and ensure accuracy of MIS processes.
- Partner with sales, operations, IT, and senior leadership to enable business growth.
- Support strategic projects such as new product initiatives, market expansion, and efficiency improvements.
