Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team . This internship offers an opportunity to learn core HR operations , including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance .

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills , excellent communication abilities , and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture .

This role includes a three-month probation, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in recruitment activities , including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.

Support the onboarding process , ensuring all documentation and orientation procedures are completed smoothly.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance data .

Assist in employee engagement activities to promote team collaboration and morale.

Coordinate exit formalities and maintain proper offboarding documentation.

Support performance evaluation processes by organizing feedback sessions and reports.

Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files.

Assist in asset management , tracking assigned office resources, and maintaining logs.

Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Participate in training and development initiatives and help track attendance and progress.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .

Strong organizational and time-management skills .

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities .

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team .

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools is a plus.

Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance is preferred.
