Job Description :

Job Role : Deputy Manager / Manager- HRBP

Location - Kochi, India

We're looking for a suitable candidate with 6+ years of experience in Human Resource Business Partnering. The candidate is expected to have an MBA / PGDM or any equivalent Post Graduate degree in HR with team management experience.

Language mandate- Malayalam

Role and Responsibilities :

  • A sound HR professional with credibility in the business, with good stakeholder relationships, and who gets things done. Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and policies.
  • Ensuring a high level of performance in the business and the team, ensuring optimum output from each member.
  • Effectively ma nage all employee related data and maintain data sanctity.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all employee and policy related queries.
  • Maintain an effective and transparent communication channel within the business and the team.
  • Ensure all concerns related to the employees are addressed within the stipulated timeframe and in accordance with the organizational guidelines and policy framework.
  • Lead the HR team to enhance their competencies and provide the necessary guidance.
  • Monitor adherence and adoption of internal policies and HR systems.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth workflow within the team and the aligned business.
  • Bring forth new ideas and innovations to improve on the quality of tasks being carried out.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboard for the stakeholders.
  • Improve the existing employee engagement framework and a thought-through action plan.
