Senior- Sales Development Representative ll Noida

EbizON is looking for a Senior- Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in our Noida office . The primary responsibility of this role is to actively identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to drive new business opportunities and support renewals with SMC-Corporate clients.

The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive in lead generation, and passionate about driving business growth and contributing to overall revenue success.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify and build relationships with potential clients across global markets
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Nurture leads through strategic outreach and targeted communication
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and execute sales strategies
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to achieve set targets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gain competitive insights
• Develop and implement effective sales approaches based on past learnings
• Understand client needs, research their business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle
• Ensure seamless lead management by accurately updating all activities and interactions in the CRM system
