Role Description
We’re seeking driven Outbound SDRs with 2–4 years of experience in SaaS or Advertising sales — professionals who love building conversations, breaking into new accounts, and creating a pipeline.
This is a high-energy, hands-on role where you’ll identify, engage, and qualify prospects through smart, structured outreach.
Responsibilities
Execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers across industries.
Conduct high-volume, high-quality outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Develop account-based outreach for key prospects and personalize engagement at scale.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting (SQL) targets.
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and automation tools to research, connect, and nurture.
Maintain flawless CRM hygiene — logging all activities and tracking progress.
Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to refine targeting and messaging.
Qualifications
2–4 years of outbound SDR / BDR experience in SaaS, AdTech, or tech-driven sales.
Strong cold-calling and written communication skills.
Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and various sales automation workflows..
Excellent presentation, listening, and objection-handling ability.
Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup setup.
